About the presenter
Erin is a consultant at Advisian, a management and technical advisory firm, in Sydney. Erin’s areas of interest include oceanography, marine ecology and marine biology, in particular understanding the processes that drive change in marine systems and protection of the natural environment. She is a keen scuba diver, and her spare time is usually spent planning her next scuba diving trip.
Erin recently completed a Master of Environmental Science at Murdoch University in Perth, WA. Her thesis had a distinctive Marine Science focus, investigating zooplankton in coastal WA waters, research which Erin is currently working on getting published. Prior to this, Erin completed a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Assessment and Management at Murdoch University. Erin's Bachelor of Science degree (Marine Biology major) is from the University of NSW in Sydney.
Erin is interested to continue research in the Marine Science field, and is investigating options to undertake a PhD.
