About the presenter
I am a marine ecologist and postdoctural research fellow in the School of BioSciences, University of Melbourne. My interests span across community ecology, ecotoxicology, and molecular ecology research disciplines with a focus on soft sediment habitats. Most recently I have started working on interdisciplinary projects developing eDNA metabarcoding and environmental metabolomics approaches to monitoring bay and estuarine environments. I am keen to develop new collaborations and a strong network of researchers who are using molecular tools in new ways in the marine environment.
